2) Public Profile Email (If user allows)

Live Written Content Purchase Policy:
- Users will be asked to pay the respective fees related to the Packages or Services we offer.
- CrackTech can change or modify the exam routine and syllabus anytime the company finds it necessary to deliver time-appropriate services and any kind of improvement.
Refund Policy:
- CrackTech will have the full authority to ban any user if there is any violation of decency or fairness at any level. In that scenario, the amount of money remaining in the account (decided by CrackTech) will be refunded to the user’s account.
- Other than the last scenario, every payment made to Live Written is nonrefundable. Unless, there is any proof that we were unable to provide the service (In this case, taking the exams) for which the customer has paid off.
